NEC show success for Lowdham
Against a backdrop of a 13% increase in visitor attendance, the new format six-day Boat, Caravan & Outdoor show proved tremendously succesful for Lowdham Leisureworld.
Caravans were boosted by the success for Lowdham special edition Freestyle and Sportstyle models - offering fantastic value for monery over the standard caravans on which they are based. Hymer had a very solid show, but the undoubted star was the funky Dethleffs Campy - another Lowdham exclusive.
Stealing pride of place behind a new 1-Series BMW in the entrance to Hall 5, the Campy also took a runners-up spot in the prestigious Caravan Club Lightweight Leisure Trailer Awards judged at the show.
Our motorhome stand was our largest to date and saw the re-launch in the UK of Eriba motorhomes featuring the all-new Jet A-class. All of the brands had a great six days, but star of the show was Carthago - Lowdham's premier brand accounting for nearly one third of total sales.
Again a Carthago Chic was positioned in the entrance to Hall 4, making sure that all visitors got to see the very best in German motorhomes.
